Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and manage a portfolio of Innovation Economy sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Grow revenue by successfully prospecting and sourcing new Payments business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
Create strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, incorporating best practices, industry benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning & Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior and strategic levels to proactively provide integrated Payments solutions within a consultative and client-driven framework.
Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client business process reviews.
Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent the client perspective in the development and evolution of complex products & solutions.

Represent the firm at industry, proprietary or networking events.
Manage the non-credit risk for the customer portfolio and monitor and enhance the profitability of all assigned relationships.
Prospect, pitch, and deliver Payments solutions for both public and private companies. Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and legal, to negotiate deals and manage the sales pipeline effectively &Maintain open, clear, fluid communication with stakeholders, i.e., bankers, product partners, implementation and client service teams locally and overseas.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities br> Proven track record in Payments sales, with experience managing complex client transactions.br> Demonstrable track record of successful selling to and managing relationships with large/complex organizations.br> Demonstrate your experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on their needs with a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives in the Middle East and Africa (MENA) Europe/US/Asia Pacific (APAC)/Latin American (LATAM).br> Knowledge, skills, and experience to establish a network and experience working with Corporates.br> Demonstrate your ability to influence senior decision-makers, internal stakeholders, and peer groups.br> Demonstrate partnership skills with internal and external stakeholders.br> Strong presentation, negotiation, and marketing skills necessary.br> Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.br> Fluent in English.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills br> Headquartered (HQ) client experience is preferred, but HQ subsidiary experience would also be considered.br> Bachelor s degree required (Business, Finance, or Economics related major preferred); Master s degree preferred. Or able to demonstrate an extensive level of performing successfully in a similar role. br> Outstanding ethics, integrity, and judgment.br> Some business travels should be considered
