Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll , ensuring accurate and timely payment of employees across various locations and legal entities.

  • Manage and maintain payroll systems, including data entry, processing, and reconciliation, while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Stay updated on payroll regulations, UAE laws, and compliance requirements to ensure the organization adheres to all relevant legislation.

  • Processing payroll through a system such as - Oracle, SAP etc & through excel.

  • Mandatory high proficiency in MS - Office applications (EXCEL)


Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Post graduate ( Full Time ) is required.

  • Minimum of 6-10 years of progressive experience in payroll processing.

  • Demonstrated experience working within manufacturing and processing payroll for more than 2000+ employees.

  • Must have understanding of UAE laws and DIFC laws
