Roles & Responsibilities

Payroll Manager


Application of the payroll procedure, followed by improvements

  • Collection and verification of payroll elements (timekeeping, hours worked, leave, absences, bonuses, allowances).
  • Entering payroll variables into the payroll management software.
  • Production of payslips, control and validation of data before distribution.
  • Monitoring of amendments to employment contracts and salary changes.
  • Preparation and transmission of monthly and quarterly social declarations (retirement, etc.).
  • Calculation of the balance of all accounts as defined by the procedure
  • Monitors the chances of social security contributions and levies.
  • Monitoring of paid leave and absences (illness, maternity, etc.).
  • Management of leave balances and updates in management systems.
  • Answering employee questions regarding their payroll (bonuses, adjustments, overtime).
  • Provide information on payroll procedures and social and tax regulations.
  • Performing compliance checks on payroll data before transmission.
  • Preparation of payroll statements (payroll summary, monitoring of salary costs).
  • Provide accurate reporting to hierarchical superiors.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to payroll
  • Participate in bringing practices into compliance with legal developments (new laws, tax reforms, etc.).

    • Desired Candidate Profile

    Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences/ DEUA/TS or DESS in Human Resource Management

  • Two (02) three (03) years of experience in a similar position or in the field of human resources.
  • Proficiency in using computer tools.
  • Fluency in Arabic and French, English desirable.
