Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Supervise personnel administration activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and personnel matters.
- Develop and implement payroll and personnel procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and support the payroll and personnel team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with finance and HR departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on payroll, attendance, and personnel metrics to senior management.
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll, benefits, and personnel policies.
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on changes in labor laws, tax codes, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance and process enhancement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in payroll and personnel management.
- Proven track record in handling complex payroll systems and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software applications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
