Roles & Responsibilities

As a People Business Partner, you ll play a key role in ensuring that 1inch remains a people-first organisation. You will act as a bridge between employees and leadership, driving people initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and overall employee experience. Your focus will be on creating a supportive and compliant work environment, managing onboarding and off-boarding, optimising People & Culture operations and ensuring compliance with global labor laws and policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth employee experience - from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Champion company culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Address employee concerns and mediate conflicts, ensuring a positive workplace culture

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in HR, people operations, or organizational development.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup, preferably in tech, crypto, or fintech.
  • Previous experience working with distributed and remote teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance across multiple regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
