Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The T&C Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the various HR activities within the company. They act as a generalist, handling HR administration, payroll, recruitment, training, facilities management, internal communications, and employee well-being. They also provide interim coverage for the HR team in case of absence.

  • To ensure the administrative management of personnel (contracts, files, absences, HR follow-up)
  • Managing the recruitment process, from posting job offers to integrating new employees
  • Supporting managers and teams with day-to-day HR issues
  • Organize and monitor the onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Contributing to skills development through training
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of variable payroll elements
  • Monitor HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) and produce reports.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal procedures
  • Participating in the management of social relations and simple disciplinary situations
  • Implement actions that promote employee engagement and well-being
  • Promote and foster the company culture within the organization. 

Desired Candidate Profile

Sense of service and confidentiality / Excellent interpersonal skills / Organized and rigorous / Responsive and adaptable (dynamic environment) / Team spirit / Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent / 2-5 years of experience in HR, ideally in the hotel or service sector / Fluent in French and English (another language is a plus) / Variable hours depending on hotel activity / Occasional availability in the evenings/weekends / Multicultural and demanding environment
