Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Create New Hiring Employees' profiles on our system & on Ministry of Tourism.
- Follow Up the probation Period Process.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Monthly Contract Renewal for all the employees.
- Maintains a monthly overview of vacation- and public holiday balance of all employees and delivers a monthly consolidated summary to the relevant supervisors.
-Monthly Payroll Closing.
- To ensure that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and nametag at all times. And to ensure they maintain a high standard of personal and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department appearance standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource , Law , Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, Personnel.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English Language skills ( Written & Spoken )
