Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, including documentation, system access, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth employee transition experience.
  • Handle all employment documentation and updates, including contracts, contract renewals, employee status changes, and official HR letters (salary, employment, bank, visa support, etc.).
  • Oversee the medical insurance process including employee enrollments, dependents updates, claims follow-up, and regular coordination with the insurance provider.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both physical and digital formats, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  • Monitor and manage employee leave balances, and address related inquiries in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond to ad-hoc HR operational needs, support internal audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1 2 years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on HR operations.
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • English Fluency is a must.
  • Proficient Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while maintaining a people-first approach.

Desired Candidate Profile
