Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the company s performance management framework.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives.
  • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
  • Utilize the 9-Grid Talent Matrix for employee assessment, development, and succession planning.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on performance management tools and practices.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).

  • Minimum of 4+ years experience in performance management, preferably in large or fast-growing organizations.
  • Proven expertise in PMS, KPIs, and 9-Grid Talent Matrix.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • HR certifications (e.g., HRBP, SHRM, KPI Institute) are a plus.
