Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage the company s performance management framework.
- Develop and monitor KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Utilize the 9-Grid Talent Matrix for employee assessment, development, and succession planning.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance organizational performance.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on performance management tools and practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to foster a performance-driven culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master s preferred).
