Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and execute performance tests, including load, stress, and endurance tests, to identify performance bottlenecks and system limitations.
- Analyze test results, identify performance issues, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations for developers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain performance test scripts using industry-standard tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, ensuring accuracy and reusability.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to understand system architecture, identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and define test scenarios.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as those from HP or Micro Focus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in performance testing, showcasing a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices across various industries.
