Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring Sales Agents and Team Leads for the EI Personal Finance Sales Team. The role involves acquiring NTB (New-to-Bank) customers and offering Personal Finance products. This is a field-sales role aligned closely with the working style of the in-house sales team.


For Sales Agents

  • Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and Shariah principles at all times.
  • Connect with the right target audience for Retail Banking products.
  • Understand EI’s complete product features and process flow and offer solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach and provide accurate information.
  • Manage the end-to-end customer asset onboarding journey efficiently.
  • Adhere to CPR guidelines while offering products.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver within defined TATs.
  • Follow-up on leads to close the sale.
  • Identify market opportunities and create actionable plans to improve performance.

For Team Leader / Managerial Role

  • Drive team performance to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Ensure the team adheres to group policies and delivers the best customer onboarding experience.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve common goals.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 2–3 years of Retail Banking sales experience in UAE (Personal Finance / Loans preferred).
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Basic keyboard/typing proficiency.
  • Achievement-oriented with strong influencing skills.
