Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and manage emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence
  • Maintain confidential records, documents, and files with high discretion
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups
  • Handle calls, messages, and reminders efficiently on behalf of the MD
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, business updates, and presentations
  • Coordinate with departments for timely information and task completion
  • Support the MD in day-to-day operations and special projects

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
