Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and regulations .
- Oversee the completion of hiring procedures, including the required paperwork, adding new employees to the human resources management system, and any internal hiring procedures.
- Supervise the creation of a database for all employees, including all personal data for each employee.
- Manage employee records and employees files , containing original documents, photos, and any hiring documents for new hires.
- Manage employees contract renewals procedures and monitor probationary periods in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
- Oversee end-of-service procedures and adherence to penalty regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor degree in BA or any related fields.
- FMCG background preferred.
- Experience 5-7 years in personnel function
- Working with Menaitech HR system is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Males Only .
