Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Ensure the implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and regulations .
  2. Oversee the completion of hiring procedures, including the required paperwork, adding new employees to the human resources management system, and any internal hiring procedures.
  3. Supervise the creation of a database for all employees, including all personal data for each employee.
  4. Manage employee records and employees files , containing original documents, photos, and any hiring documents for new hires.
  5. Manage employees contract renewals procedures and monitor probationary periods in accordance with Egyptian labor law.
  6. Oversee end-of-service procedures and adherence to penalty regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor degree in BA or any related fields.
  • FMCG background preferred.
  • Experience 5-7 years in personnel function
  • Working with Menaitech HR system is preferable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Males Only .
