Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensure full compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Medical Insurance regulations.
  • Documentation & Records: Oversee the maintenance of all employee files and ensure they are 100% audit-ready.
  • Payroll Input: Supervise the preparation of monthly payroll variables (attendance, overtime, deductions, and leaves).
  • Governmental Relations: Manage relationships with Social Insurance offices, Labor offices, and other relevant governmental bodies.
  • Manpower Handling: Manage the personnel life cycle for a large workforce, from hiring documentation to termination/resignation procedures (Form 1, 2, and 6).
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic HR reports regarding turnover, absenteeism, and headcounts.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor s degree in any relevant field.

Experience: 7-10 years of experience in personnel, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/head role within a factory or industrial setting.

Industry Background: Proven experience instrong> textiles or garment manufacturing is a significant advantage.

Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.

Skills: Strong leadership, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in personnel administration, HR, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, social insurance, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, as well as MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
