Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and organize employee records and ensure all files are up-to-date and compliant.
- Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts.
- Handle all processes related to Social Insurance (adding, removing, and updating employees).
- Coordinate with government authorities to ensure full legal compliance.
- Track probation periods, contract renewal dates, and legal documentation.
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation storage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a personnel or HR-related role.
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
