Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Task Description:

  • Supervise croupiers and ensure adherence to game procedures and company policies
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team
  • Assist in scheduling rosters and breaks to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency
  • Support the onboarding and training of new croupiers and Gaming Team Members
  • Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment
  • Monitor grooming and conduct of team members to ensure alignment with company standards
  • Encourage team engagement and participation in decision-making and service improvement
  • Identify service gaps and recommend refresher training or corrective action
  • Maintain open communication with team members and escalate issues as needed
  • Manage the assigned pit area and ensure smooth operation of table games
  • Monitor game integrity, dealer performance, and guest interactions
  • Ensure compliance with casino policies, procedures, and government regulations
  • Respond to guest inquiries, disputes, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Escalate unresolved issues and suspicious activities to the Assistant Casino Manager-Table Games
  • Coordinate with other departments to enhance guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Ensure proper handling and security of playing cards, chips, and equipment
  • Monitor table limits, game pace, and croupier rotations to optimize performance
  • Maintain accurate records of game activity, incidents, and guest feedback
  • Support the implementation of new games, promotions, and operational initiatives
  • Assist in managing inventory of table game assets and supplies
  • Report equipment malfunctions and ensure timely maintenance or replacement
  • Report daily progress to the Assistant Casino Manager-Table Games
  • Interact professionally with team members, management, and guests
  • Attend departmental meetings and share relevant updates and feedback
  • Promote team spirit, collaboration, and multicultural communication
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct
  • Maintain professional appearance and behavior in accordance with company standards
  • Follow health and safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Participate in the company s sustainability and recycling initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in table games or casino operations
  • Supervisory experience in a gaming environment is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of table games procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • Reliable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • High attention to detail and strong observational abilities
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and casino operations systems
  • Flexible with work schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifts based on business demand
