Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedule using Primavera P6
Shutdown scheduling specialist – critical path analysis for turnaround
Track project progress, delays, and recovery schedules
Monitor manpower histogram and resource loading
Earned Value Management – SPI/CPI tracking
Coordinate with engineering and construction teams
2-3 week lookahead planning and daily progress measurement
Interface milestone alignment with SASREF shutdown windows
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
7+ years EPC planning experience with 5+ years in KSA
Minimum 3 years shutdown/turnaround scheduling in KSA refineries
Primavera P6 expert-level proficiency
Brownfield project scheduling experience (SABIC/Aramco)
Understanding of SIMOPS constraints and live refinery logistics
Transferable Iqama
Preferred:
SASREF or SABIC refinery planning experience
Cost loading and resource planning expertise
