Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main tasks:

  • Develop and maintain the overall schedule of maintenance work and operations (preventive, corrective and CAPEX projects).
  • Provide technical and administrative monitoring of ongoing projects (construction, renovation, interior fittings, infrastructure, HVAC, etc.).
  • Coordinate companies, design offices and service providers, ensuring technical compliance, quality and adherence to deadlines.
  • Supervise internal maintenance teams, organizing interventions according to priorities and the operational availability of the hotel.
  • Prepare progress reports, site reports and reports intended for the technical management and the general management.
  • To monitor the proper execution of the work according to the plans, safety standards, hygiene and international hotel standards.
  • Ensure the management and budgetary monitoring of works and maintenance operations.
  • To propose technical and energy improvements to optimize the performance of installations and the durability of equipment.
  • Participate in the preparation and planning of CAPEX projects (needs identification, estimation, prioritization, monitoring).
  • Maintain an up-to-date technical reference (DWG plans, DOE, technical data sheets, intervention histories).

Desired Candidate Profile

Search profile:

  • Education: Civil Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in planning, work monitoring and technical maintenance, ideally in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in planning and maintenance tools (MS Project, CMMS, advanced Excel).
  • Solid knowledge of building construction, HVAC, plumbing, electricity, finishing work and safety standards.
  • Fluent French and professional English required.
  • A sense of service, quality and presentation.
