Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Follow up with all departments to track progress on assigned tasks and project milestones.

• Ensure all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality expectations.

• Maintain and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports.

• Identify delays or risks and escalate issues to management as needed.

• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

• Prepare and distribute regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.

• Assist in organizing and facilitating project meetings, capturing action items and next steps.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related major from a reputable university.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office and Project Tracking tools.

• Knowledge of project management frameworks is a plus

• Fluency in English is a must.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
