Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Clean, buff, polish, and sanitize stainless steel surfaces, equipment, pots, and tools to meet hygiene standards.
Operate polishing machinery and apply appropriate compounds to remove tarnish, smudges, and imperfections.
Conduct surface inspections to ensure high-quality, food-grade finishes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety standards.
Handle basic inventory of polishing materials and supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:
Minimum 1 3 years of experience in polishing, manufacturing, or similar roles, preferably in food-grade or commercial kitchen environments.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of metal polishing techniques, industrial cleaning agents, and workplace safety procedures (e.g., OSHA standards).
High attention to detail to achieve precise surface finishes.
Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in commercial kitchens, food production facilities, or workshop environments.
