Roles & Responsibilities

BlackStone eIT is looking for a passionate Power BI Developer to join our team and enhance our data-driven decision-making capabilities. In this role, you will develop, implement, and maintain Power BI solutions that provide valuable insights to our business stakeholders. Your expertise in data visualization will help us turn raw data into compelling reports and dashboards that support strategic objectives.

Your contributions will be key in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting.


Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for data modeling and report development.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and data engineers to source and prepare data for reporting.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through effective validation processes.
  • Optimize report performance and usability to enhance user experience.
  • Stay current with Power BI updates and best practices to improve reporting standards.
  • Provide support and training to end-users on Power BI functionalities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Power BI development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including strong skills in DAX and data visualization best practices.
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases for data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Keen attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision making.
