Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Candidate should have 10-15 Years experience preferably, with proven exposure in GCC / Middle East/ Reputed Indian Companies.
  • Candidate should good have experience in precast building elements & in precast building materials like concrete walls, staircase, precast foundation slabs & hollow core slabs.
  • Candidate should have sound knowledge of design & production of precast elements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily precast production activities
  • Supervise casting, curing, demoulding, finishing, and storage of precast elements
  • Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
  • Monitor concrete quality, reinforcement fixing, mould preparation, and finishing works
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and logistics teams for smooth production flow
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Maintain production records, reports, and productivity data
  • Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
  • Identify and resolve production issues to meet deadlines
