Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify customer opportunities and pain points, define compelling use cases and business value, then convincingly demonstrate why Thinkproject software is the right solution to address them.
Be an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions (e.g. CDE, Contracts, etc.) with strong ability to configure and present the solution in a customer-centric way (both Enterprise and Invest Accounts).
Main responsibilities:
- Work on new or existing account opportunities either independently with a transactional product sell or as part of a team with a solution sell.
- Help Sales achieve their goals for new revenue by offering technical expertise in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle .
- Work according to the PreSales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, deliver value-based conversations on client pitch calls using demos and presentations.
- Define product / solution scope to ensure an effective transition to implementation teams
- Develop presales knowledge base, by building and managing collaterals such as use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages.
- Assess and respond to RFI s/RFP s from a technical point of view.
- Detect new business opportunities with our existing customers.
- Give structured feedback to the product and the development teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role
Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable
Communication skills
Consultancy skills
Business assessment expertise - follow the process with strategy and analysis
