Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary We are seeking a Presales Manager with strong experience in Messaging Platforms (SMS, WhatsApp, OTP, APIs) to support our enterprise and government sales operations in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent client communication skills, and hands-on experience in RFP/RFQ handling, solution design, and presales support. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful deal closure and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Presales & Client Engagement • Support the sales team during client meetings, demos, and technical discussions • Understand client requirements and propose best-fit messaging solutions • Present SMS, WhatsApp Business API, OTP, Campaign & Automation solutions • Handle enterprise and government clients professionally Solution Design & Documentation • Gather business and technical requirements from clients • Prepare: • Solution architecture • Technical proposals • Scope of work (SOW) • Use cases and flow diagrams • Lead preparation of RFP, RFQ, and RFI responses • Assist sales with pricing logic and solution feasibility Coordination & Execution • Act as a bridge between: • Sales team • Technical / Development team • Operations & Support • Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation • Support onboarding and go-live when required Product & Market Expertise • Stay updated on: • Saudi telecom regulations (CST) • Sender ID & DLR rules • WhatsApp Business policies • Support sales with competitor analysis and market insights • Assist in creating sales decks, demos, and presentations Required Skills & Experience Mandatory: • 4–8 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting • Strong background in: • SMS platforms • WhatsApp Business API • OTP & API integrations • CPaaS solutions • Experience handling enterprise / government clients in KSA • Excellent knowledge of RFP / RFQ preparation • Strong communication & presentation skills (English mandatory, Arabic preferred) Technical Knowledge: • API integration concepts • Messaging gateways & routing • Cloud-based platforms • CRM / Ticketing systems • Understanding of compliance & sender approvals in Saudi Arabia Soft Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability • Client-focused mindset • Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines • Excellent documentation and communication skills
