Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the principal's complex schedule, ensuring efficient time management and optimal use of time.
  • Prepare and organize confidential documents, correspondence, and presentations, maintaining utmost discretion.
  • Handle all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries, ensuring seamless and comfortable journeys.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and managing all communications professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.

  • Holds relevant certifications in secretarial work, or executive assistance, showcasing professional commitment.

  • Demonstrates at least 5 years of experience in a private secretary or executive assistant role, handling high-profile individuals.

  • Exhibits prior experience in the luxury, entertainment, or finance industries, demonstrating industry adaptability.

  • Driving License must
