Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Act as the Founders strategic support, ensuring priorities, commitments, and decisions are executed efficiently

* Serve as a key communication bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders

* Maintain structured trackers for tasks, approvals, deadlines, follow-ups, and pending decisions

* Coordinate and monitor multiple business verticals, ensuring smooth execution across projects

* Build and manage centralized dashboards covering project status, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables

* Liaise with teams, agencies, vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure alignment and timely progress

* Manage the Founder s calendar, schedules, meetings, and action points across multiple time zones

* Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics

* Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and minutes, and ensure follow-through on action items

* Track marketing initiatives, campaigns, approvals, and launch timelines

* Support hiring processes including coordination of interviews, candidate tracking, and onboarding

* Draft and manage professional communication, including emails, presentations, and reports

* Proactively identify delays, risks, or bottlenecks and escalate when necessary

* Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and summaries to support decision-making

* Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all timesRole & responsibilities
