Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify recurring incidents and create problem records.
- Perform trend analysis and assist in root cause investigations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement permanent fixes.
- Update and maintain the knowledge base for known errors and workarounds.
- Support proactive measures to prevent future incidents.
- MS Office Suite and Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
- Certifications: ITIL Foundation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills
