Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify recurring incidents and create problem records.
  • Perform trend analysis and assist in root cause investigations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement permanent fixes.
  • Update and maintain the knowledge base for known errors and workarounds.
  • Support proactive measures to prevent future incidents.
  • MS Office Suite and Familiarity with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills
