Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Our client is looking for a Process & System Enablement Specialist to streamline workflows, optimize systems, and enhance operational efficiency across teams. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in process improvement, system administration, and workflow automation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Document and standardize processes by mapping workflows, creating templates, and developing operational guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams

    • Analyze and improve workflows by identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions

    • Administer and optimize internal systems including CRM platforms, marketing tools, project management software, and analytics systems

    • Automate repetitive tasks through system integrations to reduce manual work and operational errors

    • Design actionable dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and performance tracking

    • Coach teams on tools and processes by providing guidance, workshops, and support to ensure proper adoption

    • Conduct regular audits of systems and workflows to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement

    • Act as the central resource for tool and process enablement, connecting teams and systems to ensure smooth collaboration

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise tools or SaaS platforms

  • Strong expertise in process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvement

  • Experience with dashboards, reporting, and data visualization
