Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, finishes, and FF&E specifically for interior fit-out projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
  • Obtain and compare quotations from multiple suppliers for construction materials and services, meticulously documenting findings for management review.
  • Process purchase orders and requisitions accurately, tracking orders from placement to delivery to the project site and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of approved suppliers, price lists, and material samples relevant to fit-out projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Ideally possess 2-4 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on construction or interior fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with construction material types, building codes, and the procurement lifecycle within the construction industry.
