Key Responsibilities:
 Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery timelines
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies
Support inventory management and monitor stock levels
Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs

What We re Looking For:
 Strong organizational and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Familiarity with procurement software and MS Office tools
Prior experience in procurement or administrative support is a plus
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
