Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify qualified suppliers meeting technical and financial criteria Manage vendor registration and ensure compliance (mandatory) Evaluate supplier proposals based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve competitive pricing Coordinate closely with engineering teams to align specifications and purchase orders Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for management review Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations Support cross-functional teams with procurement insights to enhance project delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering background. Candidates with Facilities Management (FM) experience and exposure to iconic or reputable organizations will be given strong preference.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of GCC experience

  • SAP experience is mandatory

  • Fluent in English

  • Arab Nationals or any Arabic nationality may apply)

  • Currently based in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama

  • Ability to mobilize within 30 days

  • Age below 40 years

Working Hours

  • 9-hour shift (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

  • 6 days per week

Salary Package

  • SAR 12,000 – 15,000 per month
