Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for implementing efficient procurement practices that ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. The role supports the Procurement Manager with tendering, spend analysis, vendor relations, and contract management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Identify and execute value-creation opportunities.
- Review, clarify, and act on purchase requests.
- Ensure supplier compliance with quality and timelines.
- Adhere to internal procurement workflows and audit protocols.
- Maintain ethical dealings with vendors.
- Source suppliers for Food and Non-Food categories.
- Support continuous improvement of procurement practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor`s Degree Graduate.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Driving License: Mandatory (UAE).
- Industry Background: F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Food and Non-Food Sourcing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly.
- Customer Service-Oriented Mindset.
