Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the procurement team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development through targeted training and mentorship.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals, maximizing cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capability, reliability, and financial stability.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is highly desirable.
- Experience in the [specific industry relevant to the company] to bring valuable insights and practices.
