Product Designer - Fintech / Mobility Platform

This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands product strategy, and enjoys designing for both B2B and B2C audiences. You ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to shape intuitive user journeys and help define the visual identity of a high-impact digital product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of digital products from research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product goals and user flows.
• Translate technical and financial concepts into accessible, human-centered experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and iterate rapidly.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
• Ensure design consistency across platforms (web, mobile, dashboard).
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and design fidelity.

Requirements

• 4 8 years of experience in Product Design / UI-UX Design.
• Proven experience designing complex digital products or fintech platforms.
• Strong command of Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating a mix of conceptual thinking, user empathy, and visual excellence.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
• Ability to balance business goals with user needs in a high-growth startup environment.
