Product Engineer - Finacle Core Banking

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirement gathering sessions, business workshops, and stakeholder discussions for banking platform initiatives.
Perform end-to-end solutioning including requirement analysis, functional design, gap analysis, and delivery coordination.
Work closely with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment with project timelines.
Manage delivery ownership including milestone tracking, coordination, dependency management, and issue resolution.
Configure and customize Finacle Core Banking modules based on business requirements.
Handle Finacle menu customization, API integrations, batch job setup, configuration, and monitoring activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog discussions, and retrospectives.
Ensure proper documentation, functional specifications, and solution design alignment across stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Core Banking platform.
Expertise in Finacle scripting and customization.
Experience in:

• Menu customization
• API integration & configuration
• Batch job setup & monitoring
  Working knowledge of Node.js is preferred.
  Exposure to DevOps practices and modern delivery methodologies will be an added advantage.

Functional Banking Knowledge:
Strong understanding of banking modules including:
CASA
Term Deposits (TD)
Loans
Limits
Collaterals

Required Competencies:
Strong techno-functional consulting capability within banking technology projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work directly with business users and senior banking stakeholders.
Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage timelines and delivery expectations.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced banking transformation programs.
