Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring the flow of products within the studio runs smoothly (ensuring the product goes through all necessary steps for styling, photography, and copy purposes)
- Creating and organizing the Product Information Sheet making sure that all products have complete and accurate data
- Executing data accuracy and completeness checks for all product categories
- Recording product measurements and material information across a variety of product types and styles
- Inputting the above details into an internal database/catalog and communicating changes or updates to other product information stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned by Copy Team

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Fashion, Merchandising or any related field
- 1-2 years of ecommerce production experience
- Team player mentality
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel is a must)
- Good knowledge of fashion garments vocabulary
- Interested in problem solving
- Strong communication skills written and verbal
- Highly flexible and adaptable to working in an ambiguous environment
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment which is not temperature regulated, as well as in an office setting when required
- Sharp attention to detail with ability to multi-task and balance a number of key deadlines and tasks simultaneously
