"Product & Digital Delivery professional with 12+ years of IT experience including 6+ years of driving enterprise transformation, product

development, mobile applications, and operational excellence across the UAE, UK, India, and Africa.

  • Started as a SQL Database Administrator before transitioning into roles to manager product ownership, business analysis, and cross-

functional delivery, including design and optimization of digital customer journeys, onboarding workflows, payments, and mobile app

Desired Candidate Profile

Skilled in API-led development, system integrations, and collaborating with engineering, design, operations, and vendor teams to

deliver high-quality digital products in agile environments.

  • Capable of leading discovery, map complex processes (AS-IS/TO-BE), and drive automation and standardization across fintech, HR tech,

socio-tech, and enterprise operations.

  • Experienced in translating business needs into clear product requirements and user-centric digital solutions, collaborating closely with

UX/UI teams (Figma, Miro, journey mapping) while ensuring alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders in agile

delivery environments.

  • Experienced in stakeholder management, multi-vendor coordination, and aligning product decisions with business objectives,

compliance considerations, and user experience best practices

  • Recognized for building structured communication, improving delivery efficiency, and ensuring successful implementation of digital

solutions across both B2B and B2C markets."
