Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic Product Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and drive revenue growth for our product portfolio. The role involves managing a team of sales executives, achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors. The candidate will analyse market trends, competitor products, and customer needs to create effective sales plans. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned products.
Manage and mentor a team of sales executives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and launches.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in product sales or sales management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
