Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise the production and maintenance teams.
- Organize schedules and task allocation.
- evaluate performance and identify training needs.
- Establish a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- prepare production and maintenance reports.
- Analyze the discrepancies and propose action plans.
- Reporting to the General Management via the ERP.
- Education: Engineer or Bac+4/5 technical degree (industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, production engineering).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in production and maintenance.
- Comp tences : Leadership, organisation, r activit , analyse technique.
- Languages: French required, technical English preferred.
- Low-level position on production site.
- Variable hours depending on production.
- Availability in case of a technical emergency.
Desired Candidate Profile
