Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and optimize production processes
- Ensuring compliance with quality, cost and deadline objectives
- Implement continuous improvement actions (Lean, Six Sigma)
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage production teams and coordinate different departments
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures
- Participating in the industrialization of new products
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Analytical skills, rigor and organizational skills
- Leadership and teamwork skills
- Mastery of computer tools
- Good communication.
