Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Production Engineer(s)


  • Industry: GRP / RCP piping (or similar composite/manufacturing environment)


  • Key focus: production planning, process control, shop-floor supervision, productivity and quality improvements.


  • Experience: [2–5] years, preferably in GRP/RCP or composite pipe manufacturing.


  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.

  • Manage production schedules and resource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of production processes.
