Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Design, validate, and develop manufacturing and control documentation (routings, instruction sheets, bills of materials, allocations).
Manage process modifications and ensure technical and documentary compliance.
Analyze performance gaps and propose corrective and preventive action plans.
Participate in risk analyses (FMEA, MFT, etc.) and the implementation of new processes.
Contribute to the qualification and requalification of special processes.
Ensure the industrialization/production handover and maintenance of operational conditions.
Lead or co-lead Lean projects (VSM, 5S, SMED, line setup, visual management, etc.).
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement on production lines.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and support technicians in implementing actions.
Monitor performance indicators (OEE, scrap, non-quality, Cycle time)
Define production resource requirements (machines, jigs, tooling, etc.) and validate their technical conformity.
Manage their commissioning, validation, and obsolescence.
Coordinate technical training for operators and technicians on their use
. Use time studies and time analysis to optimize production flows.
Master 2D/3D design tools for creating and updating technical manufacturing files.
