Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Production lines and operations
- Workforce planning on the shop floor
- Equipment and machinery operation
- Coordination with Quality and Maintenance teams
- Reporting production performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 5 8 years of experience in production or manufacturing.
- Minimum 2 3 years in a leadership role within the food industry.
- Strong understanding of production planning and process management.
- Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S) is preferred.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
