Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire manufacturing process, ensuring products are produced on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Oversee supply chain management, including sourcing, procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and maximize production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, quality control standards, and industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new products and improve existing offerings.
- Manage and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Schedule and run weekly production meetings, to track progress and coordinate efforts.
- Managing and guiding the production assistants, training and meeting frequently, setting periodic objectives, and inspiring their personal growth and development.
- Other duties not listed herein, but which need to be accomplished to maintain safe and timely day to day operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Catering and Culinary Arts, Operations Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and manufacturing management within the food industry (3 years in Bakery Management).
- Specialized in Bakery Production, sound knowledge to Craft Bakery Products,
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with KSA’s regulatory environment and operational practices is a plus.
