We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in pastry production to oversee daily operations in our pastry department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, manage staff, and optimize resources to meet customer demands and company objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of pastry production, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
• Manage and train pastry staff, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, and place orders as needed.
• Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Monitor and control production costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues.
• Continuously improve production processes and efficiency.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pastry production techniques, ingredients, and processes.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office and production-related software is an advantage.
