Project Planning & Scheduling Support:

· Assisting in the development of project timelines and detailed schedules for joinery and furniture manufacturing projects, from start to delivery

· Learning to identify critical path activities, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks within the project lifecycle

· Supporting the creation of baseline schedules, dashboards, and tracking reports to monitor project progress

Coordination & Communication:

· Acting as a key interface between the Setting-Out department, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Project Management, and external clients/parties

· Facilitating effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project status, requirements, and deadlines

· Assisting in managing project correspondence and documentation with external parties

Material & Resource Management Support:

· Collaborating with the Material Engineer and Procurement team to understand material requirements, lead times, and delivery schedules

· Supporting the follow-up and follow-through of orders with the Procurement department, escalating issues and tracking delivery dates

Monitoring & Reporting:

· Supporting the preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports for management review

· Assisting in tracking production progress and coordinating with the production team to resolve any communication or coordination issues

· Learning to perceive project phases and plot dependencies on tracking reports to facilitate organized follow-through

Process Improvement:

· Contributing to increasing team efficiency by providing operational and administrative support

· Proposing and assisting in implementing innovations in procedures to enhance departmental functionality and output
