Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform precise cutting, trimming, and portioning of meat products according to established specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation and packaging of meat products, ensuring accurate labeling and proper handling.
- Monitor production processes, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks or inefficiencies to maximize output.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, contributing to the overall success of the production process.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
- Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Proficient in English, with good communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Demonstrates basic technical skills, such as the ability to operate machinery or use measuring tools.
