Production Site Manager

Design, organization and implementation of actions necessary for the activity of the industrial site

• Organize the site's resources (human, financial, technical) to guarantee product manufacturing and meet commercial demands
• Managing all functions related to production: manufacturing, maintenance, methods: logistics, quality
• To relay the objectives of senior management and ensure a positive social climate is maintained
• Oversee the implementation of the short, medium and long term investment plan
• Defend the annual investment budget and projects to the industrial management
• To define and monitor with the production manager the main performance indicators to assess the proper functioning of all production workshops
• Reporting to the General Management and participating in the development of the site's industrial strategy
• Identify with the production manager the main levers for action to optimize factory production.
• To ensure the quality of industrial activity and implement a policy of continuous improvement
• Manage annual investment projects through the drafting of specifications, supplier sourcing, and the preparation of quotes.
• To enforce the company's environmental protection and safety policy
• To manage local relations with organizations and partners of the production site
• To ensure a positive social climate within the factory by managing relations with employee representatives, skills development, and team training.

Is responsible for implementing the production strategy at his site level according to objectives, in compliance with regulations and quality, hygiene and safety rules, costs and deadlines.
