Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Program Manager (Logistics) to lead design and implementation of scalable, tech-enabled logistics processes for scheduled and on-demand delivery platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create BRDs and SOPs for logistics functions.
Benchmark industry best practices and drive innovation
Own tech configurations; work closely with Product/Tech to implement process changes
Network design and manage new launches.
Lead cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects
Set and monitor key metrics; bridge gaps between design and actual performance
Build governance frameworks and drive cross-functional accountability
Conduct business reviews, root cause analysis, and improvement planning
Preferred Background:
5-7 years in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations and design
Strong exposure to LMS/TMS, tech implementation, and BRD writing
Problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in the GCC or high-growth retail/e-comm environment preferred
