Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Programming Manager, you will be part of our programming and curation team, bringing events to life with compelling content, performances, and activations. One day, you might be curating the perfect blend of F&B and retail vendors for a festival; the next, you could be programming stage content for a brand activation or show calling an opening ceremony. No two days are the same!
What You ll Do
- Be a Natural Storyteller Understand client objectives and audience needs to craft engaging programs.
- Stay Ahead of Trends Keep up with fashion, tech, culture, and entertainment.
- Engage Diverse Audiences Create programming that resonates with everyone, from VIP guests to thrill-seekers.
- Bring Creative Energy Contribute fresh thinking and innovative ideas to the programming team.
- Build Strategic Partnerships Network with key players and develop long-term collaborations.
- Maintain a Content Database Develop a strong ecosystem of speakers, performers, and vendors.
- Balance Creativity & Commercials Align programs with budgets while identifying revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work with creative, production, sponsorship, and marketing teams.
- Oversee On-Site Delivery Manage content partners and programming execution at live events.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Participate in post-event debriefs to refine future projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
You re an experienced event professional who understands how to use content and programming to create unforgettable experiences. You should be:
- An Experienced Event Manager or Producer Ready to take the next step in your career.
- A Proven Curator With a track record of developing successful event programs.
- Highly Organized & Self-Motivated Managing multiple projects with precision.
- Commercially Aware Understanding budgets, revenue streams, and P&L.
- Familiar with Marketing & Sponsorship Knowing how to integrate them into events.
- A Confident Presenter Able to pitch ideas and engage stakeholders.
- Comfortable with Local Culture Understanding how to integrate UAE culture into event programming.
- Knowledgeable About Event Content Understanding how to shape experiences that connect with audiences.
What You Need to Apply
5+ years of event experience, focusing on content & programming.
A valid driving license.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Bonus Points if You
- Have experience in fashion, beauty, retail, F&B, or festivals.
- Stay ahead of cultural, fashion, and tech trends.
- Have a strong personal brand that aligns with industry movements.
- Can stage manage and/or show call.
- Understand social media and content creation to amplify audience engagement.
- Can speak, read, and write Arabic.
